Holistic physical therapy

Specialized where it matters most.

We're holistic in approach and specific in expertise. Seven areas of practice, built around how our patients actually move.

05 · Manual therapy

Hands-on techniques, backed by evidence.

Dry Needling

A thin filiform needle is inserted into tight muscle trigger points. Releases tension, reduces pain, and restores normal muscle function and range of motion.

Cupping

Cups create gentle suction on the skin and underlying tissue. Improves blood flow, releases fascia, and eases muscle tension and soreness.

Graston Technique®

Stainless steel instruments glide across the skin to detect and treat scar tissue. Breaks down adhesions and speeds up soft tissue healing.

Fascial Manipulation

Precise, hands-on pressure applied to specific fascial points. Restores mobility and reduces pain linked to fascial restriction.

Mulligan / Maitland Mobilization

Manual joint mobilization combined with active movement, guided by your therapist's hands. Restores pain-free range of motion.

Soft Tissue Mobilization

Hands-on, massage-based work through muscles, tendons and ligaments. Reduces tightness, breaks up adhesions, and improves circulation.

Inversion Therapy

Controlled, supported decompression of the spine on an inversion table. Eases spinal compression and low back tension.

Compression Recovery Boots

Pneumatic sleeves rhythmically inflate around the legs. Promotes circulation and speeds recovery after intense training.
