Care for the whole person, not just the injury.
Sports and dance medicine are where we specialize. Holistic care is the foundation underneath both, so every plan considers the joint, the movement pattern, the mind and the life around it.

The joint, the pattern, the person.
We don't just treat where it hurts. Every plan starts with a full picture: your posture, your training, your work day, your stress. Pain rarely lives in just one place, so we don't treat it like it does. It takes a little longer to start this way, but it gets you better faster.
- Whole-body assessment before a single goal is set
- A yoga-inspired approach connecting body and mind
- Hands-on, in-person care every visit
Specialized where it matters most.
Holistic in approach, specific in expertise. Three areas of practice, built around how our patients actually move.
