Our Philosophy

Care for the whole person, not just the injury.

Sports and dance medicine are where we specialize. Holistic care is the foundation underneath both, so every plan considers the joint, the movement pattern, the mind and the life around it.

Our Philosophy

The joint, the pattern, the person.

We don't just treat where it hurts. Every plan starts with a full picture: your posture, your training, your work day, your stress. Pain rarely lives in just one place, so we don't treat it like it does. It takes a little longer to start this way, but it gets you better faster.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

Do I need a referral or prescription for physical therapy?

No! New Jersey and New York are direct access states, so you can schedule a PT evaluation as soon as you feel you need to be seen.

How long before I start to see results?

Many clients experience decreased pain or improved function during their very first session. On average, most clients who are injured feel pain-free within 4–6 sessions.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your visit, and no-shows, are subject to a $75 fee.
